Walnut Grove, CA 95690

DREAM BIG! A rare opportunity to own your own 22.3-acre private island in the heart of the California Delta, just outside Walnut Grove near Arrowhead Marina. Held and enjoyed by the same owners for decades, (see last photos for historical reference!) this secluded island has been used primarily for recreational camping and outdoor enjoyment and now offers endless potential for the next owner. Whether your vision includes seasonal waterfowl hunting, fishing, primitive camping, or simply owning a truly private retreat, this property delivers unmatched privacy and natural beauty. There are no facilities or improvements, allowing you to create a setup that fits your needs while maintaining the islands raw, untouched character. Access is by boat, with an easy trip from Arrowhead Marina. Island does have several trailers on it as well as some tractors, back hoe, and some other equipment that was brought over years ago when there was a working road onto the island. Your Vision awaits you!!!! Island will be sold as is.
